We like to keep things simple and break it into two categories:

• Rewarding treats - these are great for reinforcing positive behaviour and teaching new tricks. They should be small or easily broken into small pieces and easily accessible so you can give them to your puppy, along with verbal praise to reinforce the positive behaviour.
• Chewy treats - we all know puppies love to chew and believe it or not, even when they are only a few months old their jaws are extremely strong, so don't be afraid to opt for a long-lasting chewy treat. Not only will it keep them entertained it will also support good dental hygiene.
